    Check Your Eyes Regularly

The last but not least important one in many of eye care tips I would like to introduce to you is checking up eyes regularly. Keep in mind that you have a halfhour check up of your eyes every year at the optometrist. In other words, children should be checked before school starts for diagnosing near and farsightedness, Amblyopia (lazy eye), astigmatism, or general eye health. Adults should be checked for glaucoma, cataracts, near and farsightedness, and other issues with aging eyes.
